Custom does not mean a project from a blank page. We take the most complete base for your industry and adjust flows, permissions, reports and branding to how you work today. You reach something that works sooner and keep evolving it with us, your team or another provider.
How much does custom software cost
These are the prices we already publish, in COP before VAT, one-time payment. Size (small, medium or large) is set in the diagnosis based on your operation. Loading your existing data is optional and quoted after seeing your data format. Lines without a published price (CRM, online store, restaurant inventory, strategy dashboards) are quoted with a proposal.
What you receive
- One-time payment, no monthly license: at handover you receive the code, the accounts and the access credentials, with installation, operation and code documentation.
- Timing depends on scope and is set in the diagnosis: how many processes, locations, roles and data have to go into the software.
Support and reservation
- Implementation runs until the whole process is working with its roles; then you get 2 months of support.
- Online you only pay the COP 2,500,000 reservation. It is credited to the total and is non-refundable; our sales team agrees the balance with you.

One-time payment. We do not sell a subscription: you buy the software and we install it for your company.
Does it connect to my accounting software?
The point of sale connects to your accounting software and the invoicing provider you already use, and the hotel software issues e-invoices through the hotel's existing provider. We review your case in the diagnosis.
How long does it take?
