We do not sell a packaged ERP: we combine the modules already in operation (internal management, inventory and recipes, point of sale and plant) into one system with one database, adapted to your locations and roles. Our own accounting is under construction. One-time payment, code in your name.
What it includes today (existing modules)
- Internal management: context switcher (plant, stores or consolidated), OKRs and command dashboard, contribution P&L by channel, treasury and payment scheduling.
- Inventory: real-time stock at the point of sale, physical counts and variances, purchase orders and transfers between locations.
- Production: batch orders, bills of materials and yields, lot and expiry traceability, quality records.
- Restaurants: standard recipes and per-dish costing.
- Role permissions matching your org chart.
What it does not include yet
- Our own accounting is under construction; meanwhile the system connects to your accounting software.
- Any module other than those above is reviewed in the diagnosis before committing to it.

- Roles and permissions: each person sees and does only what their role in your org chart allows.
- Handover: implementation runs until the whole process works with its roles. Timing is defined in the diagnosis.

Is it a full ERP?
It covers management, inventory, purchasing, production and sales with the existing modules. Our own accounting is under construction, so today it connects to your accounting software.
Is it a one-time payment?
One-time payment, no monthly license: at handover you receive the code, the accounts and the access credentials, with installation, operation and code documentation.
How long does it take?
Timing depends on scope and is set in the diagnosis: how many processes, locations, roles and data have to go into the software.
Can I start with inventory only?
You can start with the modules that hurt most and add the rest on the same database. The order is defined in the diagnosis.
Does it work for several locations?
Yes: there are transfers between locations, counts per location and a switcher to see the plant, the stores or the consolidated view.
Does it connect to my accounting software?
Yes, it connects to your accounting software while our own accounting is under construction. How the connection works is defined in the diagnosis.
Can I see what it looks like before buying?
Yes. The portfolio has demos of internal management and the plant module, built to run Juan Choconat, with sample data.
